General Flange Machining

Jemsar can accommodate on-site machining to reclaim any size or material flange. This includes but is not limited to full-face, raised-face, and RTJ type joints.

COMPONENTS & PUMP BEDS

In-Situ Milling Services

Where flange faces have been machined, milling can be required on the same component to ensure uniformity. Jemsar can machine horizontal or vertical faces / groves to regain OEM specification.

Pump-beds can be machined to client specification depending on size and access.

SPECIALIST PIPE CUTTING

Cold-Cutting of Pipework

We can cut and prep any diameter, material and wall thickness pipe. This can be in-situ or workshop based. This is delivered with air-driven or electric / hydraulic powered tooling.
